We bought a piglet!
Or two! Or five!!
A special thank you goes out to the Sunday school children and St. John's members for raising $386.55 to purchase livestock through the Christian Children's Fund. With this generous gift, we were able to purchase 10 chickens for families in Timor-Leste, three goats for families in Zambia, and five piglets for families in Uganda. The kids learned a bit about geography when we located these countries on a globe, plus they learned about sharing their money with those in need. Thank you to all who helped!
