Welcome.

St. John’s Lutheran Church is a people formed in the waters of Christian baptism to be a fountain of life for all who gather here, overflowing into a river of compassion for the world.

What is the first thing you notice when you walk into a church? The first thing you should encounter in a Christian church is the love of God in Jesus Christ. If that is not plainly visible, then the rest of what happens in there doesn’t really matter. We at St. John’s constantly experience the love of God in Jesus Christ. We try to reflect that love by being a fountain of life for everyone who comes through our doors. We strive to share that love by letting it flow into the community and the world.

St. John’s is not a place for people who are perfect. It is a place to experience forgiveness, renewal, community, love, and hope. Come on in, the water’s fine!

By popular request, we will be revisiting a subject that was covered during Pr. Nate's first months at St. John's - the book of Revelation.

As it is perhaps the least understood and most misinterpreted book of the Bible, it is worth one more session, especially for those who missed it the first time, have joined St. John's in the past 9 years, or who could use some review.

Please join us on Sundays, May 6 and 20 (last one), at 9:30 a.m. in the Promise Room.

We invite you to come to the Promise Room on Sunday, May 13, at 9:30 a.m., to hear Dr. Jim Pence (Succession Consultant). He will give us the results of the CAT Survey, and also inform us as to what it will indicate as we go into our next process of Pastoral Transition.
